China Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Holdings (??????(??)????) has resumed trading on the NYSE Alternext US exchange. In early action, the price of its shares was cut in half, dropping 98 cents (52%) to $.91. The company’s stock was suspended from trading in late August because China Shenghuo was late in filing its financial statements. China Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Holdings released its Q3 financial report and also announced that it has completed restatement of financial results for 2007 and the first two quarters of 2008. Most notable was the restatement in 2007’s net income, which dropped by a very significant $2.3 million, taking it down to $1.7 million.  In Q3, revenues climbed 73%, but net income dropped.  More details...
