Green Bridge Industries signed an agreement with Manufacturing Solutions International last month to utilize the services of the plant for its manufacturing, packaging, fulfillment, and storage capabilities. Green Bridge Industries expects the first prototypes of the SpongeTech(R) Stain Remover Pen to be produced in the next few weeks, with full production to follow shortly after.

Manufacturing Solutions International (MSI) is a leading manufacturing and engineering company based in Portage, Indiana; 45 minutes from downtown Chicago. The Portage facility is approximately 60,000 square feet and has eight production lines covering a myriad of packaging formats. MSI provides contract manufacturing, blending, packaging, and fulfillment services for a variety of food and consumer products.

Green Bridge Industries recently announced that the Company signed a licensing agreement with SpongeTech(R) Delivery Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SPNG), in which Green Bridge Industries has the exclusive nationwide rights to produce, market, and distribute the SpongeTech(R) Stain Remover Pens.
