Pao@Office Ltd. (Head Office: Chiba Prefecture, Japan) released a new version of its ledger-sheet tool under the .NET development environment, Reports.net Version 6.0 (US$498.00), on July 27, 2011.
The new version of Reports.net comes with added features required for general ledger sheets used in Japan, which is designed and developed by Pao@Office from the perspective of developers; Pao@Office is a Japanese corporation specializing in the development of commercial applications.
In Japan, the product has sold more than 2,000 licenses in seven years.
An English version is available for Ver. 6.0, targeting English-speaking markets.
In addition to providing the user manual and help in English, user support in English is also available.
Note that besides the addition of the English version, Ver. 6.0 also has
another worthy feature:
Support of SVG image format, a new feature
recently released for Internet Explorer 9. The product now offers the
capability to print and preview ledger sheets in SVG format using
Internet Explorer 9.

user-friendly report (ledger) design tool that also makes it possible
for end-users to fine-tune the design.
- Supports storage of
printing data to make it possible to display and print old data.

Supports output of reports in PDF format.
- Supports output of
reports in SVG format (with Internet Explorer 9).
- Supports
barcode printing.
- Supports ASP.NET web services. By using
Reports.jar offered at no cost, a Java version of web services can be
created. (Output in PDF file format is possible only with Reports.jar.)
